Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council receive a presentation on SB 1383 from youth representatives on the Sebastopol Zero Waste Committee. SB 1383 is State legislation on shortlived climate pollutants legislation, intended to address methane emissions from dairy/livestock and organic waste in landfills. No action will be taken.
