a. Objective: Promote a balanced budget that meets the community vision for City services

c. Objective: Facilitate affordable housing, and new development, and new infrastructure consistent with vision and goals of the General Plan and EIR
d. Objective: Preserve City infrastructure to meet community needs. e. Objective: Actively pursue all feasible grant opportunities to implement identified projects
f. Objective: Actively work to mitigate and adapt to the impact of climate change, in accordance with adopted City Council policies
2. Goal: Provide core services consistent with standard best in class community service levels. a. Objective: Ensure community safety and quality (Police, Planning, Building, Public Works and Code Enforcement)
b. Objective: Maintain Support high level core day-to-day services in all departments.
c. Objective: Improve emergency preparedness, including wildfire preparedness. d. Objective: Update City regulations to respond to applicable legislative and legal changes

b. Objective: Advance equity and health in partnership with Cotati residents and stakeholders, other jurisdictions, and non-governmental organizations.
