The consensus among the Councilmembers is to postpone the introduction of a two-year budget cycle process to a future budget cycle to allow for an additional strategic planning meeting.
Having a five meeting structure will allow Council time to discuss introducing new projects/goals, to address staff's current workload, and to refine city-wide project lists for a two-year projection
