Good Afternoon City Council Members,
I wanted to start by thanking each one of you for your public service, and for your commitment to our community.
I do not reside in Cotati, but I am proud to be a property owner, and as such a member of your business community.
Mercy Wellness of Cotati has been a Tenant in good standing at our commercial property since 2010, and we have worked together
over these many years to be a part of their growth in this evolving ever changing cannabis industry.
Now as we look to the future to the next phase of this evolution and maturation, we as the Landlord would support On-Site Consumption
at the Gravenstein Business Center, and urge you to approve the COMMERCIAL CANNABIS ORDINANCE.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like to discuss this or any other subject matter in the future.
Respectfully,
Craig M. Enyart, Manger/Owner
