Again, an important report that was in the May 10th cancelled meeting's agenda packet, the CPD annual report has been omitted from this meeting's agenda packet. The CPD annual report is located at

Citizens should be informed of the crime statistics and use of force statistics in the report in this agenda packet and this CPD report should have been in this meeting's agenda packet, and not omitted from public view.
Additionally, the emphasis of the statistics that are provided in the staff report, are on the SAFE program only. My recollection, is that the SAFE program is only funded about 15% through Cotati, with the City of Rohnert Park paying the majority of the costs. According to Damien O'Bid, in an email to me, these SAFE program statistics are for both the City of Cotati and City of Rohnert Park service calls, and that should be noted more clearly and prominently that the statistics are not Cotati - specific statistics.
