RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COTATI SETTING A
PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR ESTABLISHING THE OUTSTANDING SEWER
CHARGES AND DIRECTING LEVYING OF ASSESSMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Cotati an itemized report showing outstanding sewer charges identified below; and WHEREAS, California State law requires that the City Council hold a public hearing to establish the outstanding sewer charges and direct levying of assessments thereof; and WHEREAS, the charges include direct sewer charges plus penalties, in accordance with Cotati Municipal Code Section 13.43.070 Notice and hearing; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Cotati hereby establishes June 28, 2022, as the date for the public hearing to receive all oral or written protests to the amounts of the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 assessments which are listed as follows by parcel number, and directs the City Clerk to give the prescribed notice of the hearing:
