Dear Mr Dale Shaddox,
Please be advised that under the authority of Section 83 of the California Streets and Highways Code, the City of Cotati right of way shown on the attached map is hereby included in the right of way of Route 101. The use of that roadway parcel will be to facilitate Park and Ride Lot ingress and egress by improving the roadway with plane AC & surfacing of Saint Joseph Way with Asphalt Concrete (Type A) pursuant to Section 83 of the California Streets and Highways and under Section 146.5 of the Streets and Highways Code that addresses Parking Facilities.
Enclosed is the hard copies of the design plans and Right of Way Record Map for your file.
