Subject: Public Comments - City Council Meeting, 9/27/22 Dear City Council,
As you know, I have concerns about the two pieces of equipment - the “military” vehicle and the bean bag gun. I will be missing tonight’s meeting, but the following items are being submitted:
a) track the costs of the equipment so as to determine the cost benefit to the city; b) record and track the race and ethnicity of the individuals who were targets of the use of this equipment.
It is my hope that these two items will be included in the final resolution for use of military equipment.
