Authorization for Extra Work - Landscape Remediation Altman Acres Hatched LandCare hereby submits specifications and estimates for the following work:
1) Provide necessary manpower and equipment to install new plant material along Old Redwood Hwy and back fences from the homes per the attached map provided. 2) Remove mulch, irrigation half-inch poly tubing, and weed barrier to approximately 3,000 square feet of shrub beds.
3) Deliver and install weed barrier fabric to planter area, staked down. 4) Cut holes in fabric to accommodate new plant material. 5) Deliver and install (146) one gallon cotoneaster, (2) fifteen gallon dogwood, and (10) five gallon chinese holly, soil amendments included.
6) Fertilize and water in new plant material.
7) Install 1/2" drip tubing, staked approx 6' on center, to provide water to new plantings, include (2) 1 gallon emitters/one gallon plant, (3) 1 gallon emitters/five gallon plant, and (5) 1 gallon emitters/15 gallon plant.
8) A two-inch mulch retention lip will be crated to prevent new mulch from entering the sidewalk. 9) Deliver and install (20) cubic yards of Arbor mulch. 10) Clean up and haul away all debris generated.
EXCLUSIONS: Traffic control related to this work. Programming irrigation controller(s) for establishment watering period.

Warranty:
All new woody plant material will carry a one year material and labor warranty. This warranty will be honored only if the plant material is watered, fertilized and maintained to defined standards. This warranty is limited to a one time replacement. This warranty is subject to payment of the original invoice being made within the terms of the sale and account being current.
Pricing:
Except as noted in the Proposal, all prices are valid for thirty (30) days after the date of this Proposal; provided, however, that all prices are subject to change due to seasonal growth rates, fluctuating material and/or labor prices or other unforeseen factors.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms are Due Upon Receipt. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all balances not paid within thirty (30) days of invoice date. This represents an annual rate of 18%. In addition to all service charges there shall also be paid the reasonable costs of collection including attorney’s fees and court costs.
