Dear Commissioners,
As an avid cyclist and climate concerned Cotati resident, I was dismayed to learn that currently planned Highway 116 improvements fail to prioritize: 1) increased bicycle and pedestrian access to existing and potential future off-road bikeways and trails on the north and south sides of this highway (west of Hwy 101); and 2) the related creation of safe pedestrian and bicycle crossings over this heavily trafficked highway. I am writing to request that you please address these needs.
