Presentation by City Manager Damien O'Bid.
Councilmembers comment.
Public Comment:
Kay Rivers of Cotati
The City Council provided direction to staff to continue to conduct assignments in a single meeting. However, in election years where city councilmembers are leaving the council, provide time in the final meeting of December for the outgoing councilmember(s) to describe and impart any wisdom about their assignments to the remaining and incoming councilmembers. In election years, if there are new councilmembers, committee assignments will continue to be held at the first meeting in January.
C. CITY COUNCIL TEAM BUILDING PROPOSAL
Presentation by City Manager Damien O'Bid.
Councilmembers comment.
Public Comment:
Cotati City Council Minutes November 8, 2022
Kay Rivers of Cotati
The City Council provided feedback to staff that the proposed scope of work was too similar to the existing strategic planning process. The City Council requested that staff work with the consultant and see if the proposal could be amended to reflect the team building intent, rather than largely duplicating an existing planning process.
