I further agree that in consideration of being permitted to use said facility, I will hold the City of Cotati, its officials and employees free and harmless from any loss, liabilities, damages, and/or injuries to persons and property occurring during applicant's use or public liability insurance as stated in "Park Use and Special Event Permit Policy" with the City of Cotati named as additional insured to be submitted no later than one month prior to the rental date. I have read the rules and regulations of rental carefully and agree to them as written. I understand that applications not submitted thirty (30) days prior to event may not be able to be processed.

I would like to request use of the Plaza Park along with authorization for food and drink sales from certified
establishments, to move and celebrate our Annual 2nd yr Kid's La Bonita 92.3 Festival. Our event is scheduled for Sunday April 30th and this will be our 2nd time celebrating the day of the kid's,
The festival will be from 12 pm to 7:00 pm we are expecting 707-971-2802 anywhere from 250 to 500 people, this festival it's open to all and free to attend, we will have a day full of family and kids', friendly activities such music, dances and singers' performances, prizes, booths with community services information and booths with [email protected] product sales.
We celebrated the 1ts in 2019 in the City of Santa Rosa and was very successful as we celebrated our community's unity, inclusion, diversity and culture, our festival it's free of alcohol, tabaco, cigarettes or vaping.
I am requesting approval for food sales this year as I did last year, we will have approved and certified food trucks with their appropriate permits as we did last year.
Looking forward to bring this amazing celebration to our beautiful Cotati/Rohnert Park
