M3 Integrated Services, Inc (M3) is pleased to present our proposal to provide Construction Services to repair the City of Cotati dance room at City Hall. The scope of work is based on the site tour on February 14th and discussions with Dave Silzle of Moe Engineering.
M3 will provide equipment, labor, and materials.

Rot repair on existing wall framing: $6,500

Dry Wall, Tape, Texture, Paint $4,800

Mirror Install $2,000

SCHEDULE:

• 1 Mobilization with continuous access to site
