Dear Craig,
As requested, we offer to perform the following work per our standard terms and conditions, at the following price:
Valparaiso Ave & Lund Hill Ln
• Obtain USA dig ticket to locate and mark existing underground utilities in the work area. • Perform pre-construction site visit with City Staff to confirm exact locations of new poles. • Establish temporary traffic control, as needed.
• Furnish and install two (2) new RRFB poles (3” sleeve with 2 7/8” (O.D.) post). • Furnish and install two (2) new Top Mount Solar Powered RRFB Controllers. • Furnish and install four (4) new RRFB-XL light bars (two back-to-back on each pole). • Furnish and install four (4) new 30” W11-2 Signs (FYG). • Furnish and install two (2) W16-7p(Right) and two (2) W16-7p(Left) downward arrow signs. • Furnish and install two (2) Polara iNX Push-Button assemblies. • Make all necessary connections and confirm proper operation of each system. • Excavate and construct a new Type 1B foundation near Pinetree Cir (location to be determined). • Remove and relocate existing Radar Speed Feedback Sign pole assembly to new foundation. • Demolish existing foundation below grade and cap with native soil.
Valparaiso Ave/Myrtle Ln & Old Redwood Hwy
• Establish temporary traffic control, as needed.
• Remove and dispose of existing TV-1-T framework and signal head on the S/W/C signal pole. • Furnish and install one new TV-2-T framework complete with two new (2) 12” 3-section signal heads, backplates with reflective yellow tape, visors, and LED modules. • Pull new conductors as required for the new signal head for E/B Valparaiso Ave. • Make all necessary connections and confirm proper operation.
The estimated lead-time on RRFB material is 6-8 weeks from receipt of Notice to Proceed from the City of Cotati and approved material submittals. All other material is in stock with DC Electric Group, Inc. and work can be completed within two (2) weeks from receipt of RRFB material.

Price excludes bonds/permits/fees/etc.
Price excludes demolition, removal, repair, or replacement of asphalt, concrete, or any unmarked utilities.
Price excludes relocation of any existing underground utilities.
