EXHIBIT A
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. The applicant is granted exclusive use of La Plaza Park from on the following dates and times:
June 23 – 3:00pm-9:00pm
June 25 – 9:00am-1:00pm
July 28 – 3:00pm-9:00pm
July 29 – 12:00pm-7:30pm
August 25 – 3:00pm-9:00pm
August 26 – 3:00pm-9:00pm
This approval includes amplified live entertainment.
2. Applicant shall provide the City with proof of insurance for all vendors, as required, to the satisfaction of the City, prior to the event.
3. Applicant shall notify all neighboring businesses and residents of each event, no later than 14 days prior to each event.
4. The applicant shall obtain the required permits and follow all regulations from the Sonoma County Environmental Health Department and shall ensure each food vendor complies with Health Department requirements.
5. The applicant shall ensure that all vendors follow Cotati Municipal Code 8.20.030 (Prohibited food service ware and products), which bans the selling or serving of food ware that contains polystyrene foam or PFAS.
6. The applicant shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding trash, recycling, and composting collection and sorting.
7. The applicant shall ensure the public facilities (park, parking spaces, and streets) are cleaned completely and returned to pre-event condition within 2 hours of event end time.
8. The event shall be carried out as described in the written descriptions submitted by the applicant and in compliance with these Conditions of Approval.
9. The applicant shall contact the Rancho Adobe Fire Protection District and comply with any permit requirements of the District.
