NOTICE OF COMPLETION
(ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1. The City Council of the City of Cotati has accepted the public improvements at the City Council meeting of May 23, 2023, for the Jamie Lane Subdivision. The nature of the City of Cotati’s interest, as owner, of the property is as public rightof-way.
2. The improvements were completed and deemed complete by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer on March 17, 2023.
3. The name of the original contractor for the work of improvement was RCX, General Engineering Contractor for a total constructed amount of $580.811.00.
4. This Notice of Completion constitutes the City’s acceptance of the improvements for this project.
I am the City Engineer/Public Works Director for the City of Cotati, a Municipal Corporation. I make this verification on behalf of the City of Cotati. I have read the Notice and know its contents. I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
