Vice Mayor Sparks requested a change to the introduced ordinance, adding in additional outdoor lighting requirements for commercial projects to match standards already in place for residential and mixed use projects, including that outdoor lighting must be directed downward and shielded, along with standards for energy efficiency and color temperature.
