RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COTATI AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE DESIGN AGREEMENTS FOR THE PUTNAM
PARK AND CATOR FIELD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Cotati has a desire to make upgrades and improvements to Putnam Park and Cator Field; and
WHEREAS, Integra Planning and Landscape Architecture has submitted proposals for consulting services for the Putnam Park and Cator Field Improvement Projects; and WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the scope of service and rates and finds the services offered and rates and charges to be of good value to the City; and WHEREAS, the action of authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement for consulting services for a Putnam Park and Cator Field Improvement Projects does not constitute a project as defined by California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15378; therefore, no further environmental review is required.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT that the City Council of the City of Cotati does hereby authorize the City Manager to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Integra Planning and Landscape Architecture, in an amount not to exceed the budgeted total of $285,000, to provide professional consulting services related to the preparation of the City’s Putnam Park and Cator Field Improvements Project, as outlined in the scope of service and budget attached to the staff report.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cotati held on the June 27th, 2023, by the following vote, to wit:
