CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. The applicant is granted exclusive use the City owned gravel parking lot located at 960 East Cotati Avenue for the Cotati Accordion Festival event from Saturday, August 19 h
, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. through Sunday, August 20
th
, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. This space is to
be used for event parking only.
2. Applicant shall provide the City with proof of insurance, as required, to the satisfaction of the City, prior to the event.
3. The applicant shall ensure the public facilities (parking spaces and streets) are cleaned completely and returned to pre-event condition prior to re-opening the parking lot. This includes the removal of any chalk or tape used to mark parking spaces. Spray paint and drilling of holes in any concrete or asphalt roadway or sidewalk area is strictly prohibited.
4. The event shall be carried out as described in the written descriptions submitted by the applicant and in compliance with these Conditions of Approval.
5. Public Works shall be responsible for parking lot closures, as listed below. - No Parking Signs up by Friday, August 18
- Event Only Parking signs up Saturday, August 19 and Sunday, August 20 from 8am-8pm
