CONTRACT FOR: Redwood Drive and Cypress Avenue Pavement Rehabilitation Project The Cotati City Council, at their meeting on December 12, 2023, awarded the subject project to Argonaut Constructors and authorized the City Manager to execute the construction contract for an amount amount not to exceed $2,593,340.
Accompanying this notice is an electronic copy if the contract documents for your signature.
Please return two signed agreements along with your bonds and certificates of insurance. After the contract has been executed, one signed set will be returned to you.
Once we have received the executed agreements and required bid and insurance documents, a pre-construction job conference is required and a Notice to Proceed will be issued. Your firm will be contacted regarding available dates for this conference.
