T-Mobile conducted an analysis of this area
within the search ring situated in the city of
Rohnert Park. This area is a residen5al district
and given is primarily comprised of single-family
homes. Rohnert Park's codified si5ng hierarchy
for wireless facili5es heavily disfavors residen5al
zones (most disfavored loca5on preference), thus
making such a loca5on infeasible due to zoning
restric5ons.

T-Mobile conducted an analysis of this general
area within the search ring situated in the city of
Rohnert Park. This area is a residen5al district
and is primarily comprised of single-family
homes. One water tank loca5on was iden5fied as
possible si5ng loca5on due to its height,
however, this loca5on would also be infeasible
due Rohnert Park’s zoning restric5ons at stated
above.
