A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COTATI
DESIGNATING SIGNATURES FOR ORDERS FOR PAYMENT OF MONIES
DRAWN AGAINST THE CITY OF COTATI ON EXISTING ACCOUNTS AT THE
EXCHANGE BANK
BE IT RESOLVED that the Exchange Bank, as designated depositories for the City of Cotati, be and are hereby requested, authorized and directed to honor all checks, drafts, withdrawals or other orders for payment of monies drawn against the City of Cotati on its existing accounts, when bearing the signatures, or the facsimile signatures, of two of the following:
Damien O’Bid, City Manager
Angela Courter, Administrative Services Director
Chris Simmons, Chief of Police
Noah Housh, Community Development Director
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Cotati grant authority to the City Manager, or designee to sign and submit the attached required documentation to perform these changes with the bank.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cotati held on May 14, 2024, by the following vote, to wit:
