Conditions 11 and 18G (Packet pages 99 and 101): Add the language shown in red italics, as follows:
“Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall record an access, use, and parking easement on the southern parcel (APN 144-040-021) in favor of the northern parcel (APN 144-040-011) granting residents and guests of the residential buildings on the northern parcel right to access and park motor vehicles in four (4) of the parking spaces in the parking lot on the southern parcel; and granting operators, employees, guests, and service providers of the commercial building (café) on the northern parcel the right to access and park motor vehicles and bicycles in the parking lot on the southern parcel, including use of at least nine (9) motor vehicle parking spaces, any required accessible parking spaces, bicycle parking facilities, and service and delivery parking areas; and granting operators and employees of the commercial building on the northern parcel the right to access and utilize refuse facilities on the southern parcel.”
