* Cash incudes the pooled cash attributable to the evaluated fund which consists of all liquid available cash and investments held including CD's and Treasury notes. ** Current Liabilities are the total of all liabilities for the evaluated fund, as of the reporting date, that are due and payable within one year.

Due to timing of major revenue sources, mentioned in E above, it is consistent that the coverage for revenues would be lower through this period to date. This will continue to be monitored for risk.
- Informed of a possible closure of a licensed cannabis business within the City by the end of this year. Future estimated revenue losses are approximately $110,000 per year. These losses could be offset by increases in operating revenue for other similar businesses within the City. These business operations will be monitored and reported back at future financial updates.

Monday, September 30, 2024
* Cash incudes the pooled cash attributable to the evaluated fund which consists of all liquid available cash and investments held including CD's and Treasury notes. ** Current Liabilities are the total of all liabilities for the evaluated fund, as of the reporting date, that are due and payable within one year.

This item is improving over prior year and aligned with the utility rate study. Revenues have improved in part due to the move to monthly billing which more closely ties to the cost of services rendered. This will continue to be monitored for increased risk. * Operating Expenditures Compared to Prior Year - The increase compared to prior year are primarily due to an emergency repair to a mainline on old redwood highway for approximately $50,000. Adjusted for this one time expense the comparative expenditures are approximately a 8% increase. This fund will be monitored and reported back on with the next financial update.
