► Provide PV/Battery backup for the Corporation Yard
► Build out Fleet EV Infrastructure for expansion at the City Hall Complex and the Corporation Yard, potentially including V2B and V2G options. ► Other improvements to assist in overall project financing that reduces monthly costs and has no initial capital cost
► Other goals, as outlined in the RFP

► City Hall (Lighting retrofits, some smart thermostat work, partial new windows/exterior insulation) ► Police Station (LEED Certified when built in 2005)
► Civic Center (Solar array for the police building, recently removed, new metal roof installed) ► Cotati Room (Heat pump water heater)
