NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Community Development Director will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 1:30p.m., or shortly thereafter, in person at the Conference Room of Cotati City Hall, 201 West Sierra Avenue, to consider the following matter:
Approval of a Minor Use Permit to allow an unmanned telecommunication facility at 680 East Cotati Avenue.
In conformance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Community Development Department, Planning Division has found that this project qualifies for a Class 3 Categorical Exemption under CEQA Section 15303 New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures.
