I respectfully request that item 9A be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar so that the issue of the resurfacing of the Laguna trail between E. Cotati Ave and Gravenstein Way can be discussed in context.
I often use this trail and don’t understand why it can’t be the same as the sections of the trail on the other side of East Cotati Avenue.
