EXHIBIT “A”
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
CLIMATE READY COTATI FAIR
1. The City of Cotati shall ensure the public facilities (park, parking spaces and streets) are cleaned completely and returned to pre-event condition within 48 hours of the event.
2. The event shall be carried out as described in the written descriptions submitted by the applicant, approved by the City Council, and in compliance with these Conditions of Approval.
3. The City of Cotati is granted exclusive use of the Cotati Train Depot and connected dirt Parking Lot, including closure of all parking spaces necessary to accommodate the event on Saturday, March 29th, 2025, from 8:00am to 4:00pm for the event. This approval includes amplified live entertainment and food and vendor sales.
4. The City of Cotati shall arrange for trash, recycling, and compost bins to be delivered and collected.
5. The applicant shall ensure that all vendors follow Cotati Municipal Code 8.20.030 (Prohibited food service ware and products), which bans the selling or serving of food ware that contains polystyrene foam or PFAS.
