3. LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The City of Cotati recognizes that we’re on the ancestral lands of the Coastal Miwok, who are the original caretakers of this area. We respectfully acknowledge the Indigenous peoples who have been stewarding and maintaining a relationship on this land as knowledge keepers for millennia. This acknowledgment does not take the place of authentic relationships with Indigenous communities but serves as a gesture of respect to the land we are on.

7. STUDY SESSION
A. DRAFT FINAL STRATEGIC PLANNING SUMMARYIt is recommended that the City Council review and approve the City’s Vision, Mission and City Council Strategic Goals and Objectives for budget years FY 25-26 and FY 26-27.
B. BUDGET STUDY SESSION FOR GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL YEARS 2025/26 AND 2026/27It is recommended that the City Council facilitate a budget study discussion on the General Fund Operations Revenues and Expenditures for Fiscal Years 2025/26 and 2026/27.
