EXHIBIT “A”
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
MOVIES IN THE PARK, FOOD FESTIVAL, AND NATIONAL NIGHT OUT EVENTS
1. The City of Cotati shall ensure the public facilities (park, parking spaces and streets) are cleaned completely and returned to pre-event conditions within 48 hours of each event.
2. The event shall be carried out as described in the written descriptions submitted by the applicant, approved by the City Council, and in compliance with these Conditions of Approval.
3. The City of Cotati shall arrange for trash, recycling, and compost bins to be delivered and collected.
4. The City of Cotati is granted exclusive use of La Plaza Park, including closure of all public streets and parking spaces necessary to accommodate the events, on Friday, June 13th, 2025, between 4:00pm and 11:00pm, Tuesday, August 5
th
, 2025, between 3:00pm and 11:00pm,
and Saturday, September 20
th
, 2025, between 12:00pm and 11:00pm. This approval includes amplified live entertainment and food, goods, and alcoholic drink sales.
5. The City of Cotati shall adhere to the following approved event area:
o La Plaza Park
o La Plaza from West Sierra Avenue to West Cotati Avenue
