(ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1. The City Council of the City of Cotati has accepted the improvements at the City Council meeting of May 13, 2025, for the City Council Chambers Audio Visual System Upgrades Project. The nature of the City of Cotati’s interest, as owner, of the property is as public facility.
2. The improvements were completed and deemed complete by the City Manager on April 27, 2025.
3. The name of the original contractor for the project was CODA Technology Group, for a total constructed amount of $300,291.07.
4. This Notice of Completion constitutes the City’s acceptance of the improvements for this project.
I am the City Manager for the City of Cotati, a Municipal Corporation. I make this verification on behalf of the City of Cotati. I have read the Notice and know its contents. I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
