EXHIBIT “A”
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
HOLIDAY TREE LIGHTING
1. The City of Cotati shall ensure the public facilities (park, parking spaces and streets) are cleaned completely and returned to pre-event condition within 48 hours of the event.
2. The event shall be carried out as described in the written descriptions submitted by the applicant, approved by the City Council, and in compliance with these Conditions of Approval.
3. The City of Cotati is granted exclusive use of La Plaza Park, including closure of all public streets and parking spaces necessary to accommodate the event on Friday, December 5 th, 2025, from 8:00am to 10:00pm for the event. This approval includes amplified live entertainment, food and vendor sales, alcohol sales, and closure of La Plaza Street between Old Redwood Highway and West Sierra Avenue between 12:00pm-10:00pm.
4. The City of Cotati shall arrange for trash, recycling, and compost bins to be delivered and collected.
5. The applicant shall provide evidence of the proper Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license as well as evidence of server training.
6. The City of Cotati shall adhere to the following approved event area:
o La Plaza Park
o La Plaza from West Sierra Avenue to West Cotati Avenue & down West Cotati Avenue
