PJM Landscape is pleased to present to you a bid price of $30,800.00for the work we have discussed, and which will be performed as outlined below. Our price includes all necessary trucking and dumping fees (if applicable). All manual labor and clean up will be performed by PJM Landscape.
Scope of Work:
1- Remove the existing asphalt
- Install new base rock for the paving area
- Compact the base rock with the vibratory plate
- Pour new asphalt
- Area of 560’x5’
- Install (2) chases areas with 3” pipe
- Utilize AC Berm asphalt
- Total of 5-6 days of work (weather permitting)
2- Load and off haul any debris generated to the dump
- Dump fee is included within the price below
ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL
The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted.

We assume no responsibility for any hidden hazards of which we are not informed of such as sprinklers or utility pipes or for damage to sidewalks, drives, etc. in which you request us to cross in the process of our work, nor from claims arising from a question of ownership of the area/s involved. Any additional work will be charged on a T/M basis.
Any changes made from above specifications involving extra costs will be performed only upon written request and will be an extra charge. Full payment is expected at completion of work. Should collection action be necessary owner is responsible for all court/attorney fees.
