ASPHALT OR A MORE NATURAL TRAIL?
Cotati City Council will approve repaving the trail through Delano Park with asphalt, at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, starting 6:00 PM, unless Item 6A is pulled from the Consent Calendar for a discussion.
Would you prefer to see a more natural surface that is more appropriate for the park, requires less maintenance, is cooler in summer, safer and pleasanter than asphalt? More natural surface please. I fell on the present asphalt path and my glasses broke.
Having to purchase a new pair . . . NOT cheap since I have prescription lens. I am unable to attend the meeting in person so am sending the email to you so you can have the Cotati City Council hopefully vote on a
more natural surface.
