I understand the City is planning to pave the Delano Park walkway- which is badly in need of it.
I have learned that use of asphalt is likely. While I understand the durability factor, I would like counsel space to discuss options like crushed rock or such that is more environmentally friendly.
I am requesting to please move this issue out of the October 8 Consent Calendar of the council meeting in order to be able to discuss more natural options as was done with the Laguna Trail.
