Furnish and install Shaw’s commercial LVT, Tecton, color TBD. Remove and haul away existing materials; glue down bamboo. Apply moisture membrane to sub-floor. Glue direct installation, includes regular floor preparation and coordinating transitions. Install new base shoe to coordinate with existing baseboards. Areas to be empty. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- For all types of flooring, the heater must be turned on to a minimum of 65 degrees, day and night, for 24 hours prior to installation/acclimation and remain on during and after the install for 3 days. Failure to comply will result in a $250 install cancelation charge and rescheduling the install to the next available date. - Rugworks is not responsible for the cutting of doors to accommodate new finished floor height. - Rugworks is not responsible for any gaps in trim or door casing due to change in finished floor height. - Rugworks is not responsible for any minor touch up painting from installation, including if baseboards sit lower with new floor. - Rugworks is not responsible for painting of baseboards after installation. - Rugworks does not disconnect or reconnect any electronics (TVs, stereo equipment, computers etc.) - Customer is responsible for the removal of all items (lamps, pictures, collectibles, books etc.) from furniture and walls prior to install date. - All clothing in closets that hang lower than 3 feet from the floor will need to be moved. - Any unforeseen floor prep will be billed out at $100 per man hour plus materials if necessary. - Rugworks is not responsible for any sub-floor replacement due to water damage or dry rot. - All special order materials are subject to a 20-50% restocking fee if a return is needed. Accessories are nonreturnable. - Rolling chairs require the use of a chair mat on all types of flooring. - Carpet must be steam cleaned once every 18-24 months depending upon manufacturer to obtain manufacturers warranty.
