As requested, we offer to perform the following work per our standard terms and conditions, at the following price:
Establish temporary traffic control, as needed.
Submit USA dig ticket and pothole utilities as required. o Coordinate with City of Cotati to locate water/irrigation in La Plaza Park. Furnish and install new 2" HDPE conduit from the N/W/C pull-box at ORH/E. Cotati across the park to the band-stand closet room (via directional drilling).
Furnish and install new pre-terminated fiber optic cable through new 2" HDPE conduit and existing traffic signal conduit to the existing signal cabinet.
Furnish and install new Etherwan network switches (Etherwan 8-port 10/100/1000BASE-T(X) PoE + 2-port 100/1000BASE SFP w/ 54v 400w Power Supply (EX78922H-CIN)) at each of the six (6) City of Cotati signalized intersections.
Furnish and install one (1) additional Encom radio antenna and cable at E. Cotait & Adrian, facing west towards Laguna De Santa Rosa crosswalk.
Furnish and install two (2) (back-to-back) Encom E-Lite 450 radio antennas on existing poles at Laguna De Santa Rosa crosswalk and connect to 120V power source in crosswalk cabinet. Configure video detection and radio antenna connections to new switches. Install SFP modules, make the necessary fiber terminations, and coordinate with City IT Staff for testing. Assist City/IT Staff with viewing video stream in City-Hall.
Note: Workstation and any recording devices to be furnished and installed by City/others. This price assumes the existing switch in the band-stand closet will accept the proposed fiber.
The estimated lead-time on material is 4-6 weeks from receipt of Notice to Proceed from the City of Cotati and approved material submittals.
Total Labor, Equipment, and Material… $68,650.00 (LS)
Pricing valid for 30 days. Price excludes any additional permits/fees/etc.
