Dear Damien,
Per your request, we offer to perform the following work per our standard terms and conditions, at the following price:
Traffic Signal Cabinet Replacement (ORH & Myrtle/Valparaiso):
• Remove and dispose of the existing old traffic signal cabinet and controller. • Salvage existing video detection cabinet components for reuse. • Furnish and install a new fully loaded 332L traffic signal cabinet on the existing foundation. • Furnish and install a new 2070LX controller complete with OMNI intersection control software to match other intersections in the City of Cotati.
• Furnish and install one 2010ECL conflict monitor.
• Reinstall existing video detection components.
• SWARCO/others to provide timing sheet conversion to 2070 with OMNI; DCE shall enter timing into new controller.
• Make all necessary connections and confirm proper operations.
Total Labor, Equipment, and Material… $25,500.00 (LS)
BBS Installations at 3 Locations (ORH & Myrtle/Valparaiso, Redwood & Helman, E. Cotati & Santero):
• At each of the three (3) locations, we will furnish and install one new externally mounted Alpha Battery Backup System (BBS) cabinet, complete with generator transfer switch, automatic transfer switch, and four (4) Alpha 240XTV batteries (to match other BBS systems in Cotati). o NOTE: This includes the removal of the old Tesco BBS at E. Cotati & Santero.
Total Labor, Equipment, and Material… $37,500.00 (LS)
APS at 3 Locations (ORH & Myrtle/Valparaiso, E. Cotati & ORH, E. Cotati & Lancaster):
• At each of the three (3) locations, we will remove and dispose of the existing pedestrian push-button (PPB) assemblies and furnish and install eight (8) new Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS), including the necessary rack-mount control unit (iCCU) and cables in the traffic signal cabinet. • Each new APS will have custom voice-on-location (VOL) with street names to closely match other APS in the City of Cotati.

Work can begin within (7) business days from receipt of Notice to Proceed from the City of Cotati and receipt of said material.
Estimated lead times (from receipt of approved submittals):
1.) Traffic Signal Cabinet, Controller, and Conflict Monitor = 20-24 weeks.
2.) Battery Back-up Systems = 8-10 weeks
3.) APS = 4-6 weeks
Pricing valid for 30 days.
Exclusions:
• Bonds (add 1.5% if required)
• Permits/Fees (including SMART)
• Traffic Control Plan
• Night Work
• Repair/Replacement of Conduits or Wiring.
