Total budget pricing:
Modify existing electrical system to the rental generator with a permanent generator and add an automatic transfer switch (ATS). The ATS is modbus compatible and installing a data line to the SCADA is included.
IT and integrating the ATS into SCADA is not included. We will provide a cat6 between the ATS and the SCADA box only.
Total budget pricing:
A maintenance plan is not included.
Key note 9 on page E-4 mentions interlocking the generator to only run when the pumps are calling to run.
This may require am external power supply or additional planning than included in this plan or in this quote.

The generator will need to be set with a crane from a semi truck parked on the street. This should take less than one hour of work for the hoisting and setting and only a few minutes of any potential obstrcution to traffic or pedestrians. An encroachment permit is not included in this quote.
Inspections beyond a building permit included in the allowance section are estimated costs. The actual cost wont be know until the permit application is complete.
Diesel is excluded. The city will be responsible for filling the generator after the generator is set and if there is a fire marshall's test.
This generator is small enough to not need a Bay Area Air Quility Permit but those regulations are always changing.
The generator complies with CARB requirements. Any filing required by CARB is the responsibilty of the owner.
