RESOLUTION NO. (XX)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COTATI
APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL YEARS 2025/26 AND 2026/27
BIENNIAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, on June 10, 2025, the City Council adopted the Fiscal Years 2025/26 and 2026/27 Biennial Budget; and
WHEREAS, staff has completed a mid-cycle review of revenues, expenditures, capital projects, and operational needs; and
WHEREAS, the review identified adjustments necessary to align the budget with current financial conditions, project schedules, operational requirements, and updated revenue projections; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amendments are summarized in the Fiscal Year 2025/26 MidCycle Budget Update Reports attached thereto; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Cotati as follows:
1. The City Council hereby approves the amendments to the Fiscal Years 2025/26 and 2026/27 Biennial Budget as presented in Attachment Proposed Budget Amendment Schedules.
2. The appropriations, estimated revenues, transfers, and fund balance adjustments reflected as attached are hereby adopted and incorporated into the City's Fiscal Years 2025/26 and 2026/27 Biennial Budget.
3. The Administrative Services Director is authorized to make technical, administrative, and non-substantive adjustments necessary to implement this Resolution.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cotati held on June 9, 2026, by the following vote, to wit:
