CONTRACT FOR: 2026-2027 Pavement Preservation Project
The Cotati City Council, at their meeting on September 8, 2026, awarded the subject project to Graham Contractors Inc., and authorized the City Manager to execute the construction contract for an amount not to exceed $328,736.
The construction contract will be sent to you via Docusign once the City has received the required documents. Please send your bonds, certificates of insurance, and Payee Data Record.
Also, please verify the name, title and e-mail of the person authorized to sign the construction agreement.
Once we have received the required bid and insurance documents, a pre-construction job conference is required and a Notice to Proceed will be issued. Your firm will be contacted regarding available dates for this conference.
