MEETING
This meeting was conducted utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means consistent with State of California Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Cortez called the Council/Agency/Authority meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with all Councilmembers present, except Councilmember King.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Present: Victor Linares, Jorge A. Marquez, Mayor Pro TemNice-Chair Walter Allen, III, and Mayor/Chair Patricia Cortez.
Councilmembers Absent: John C. King.
Elected Members Present: City Clerk Mary Lou Walczak.
City Treasurer Geoffrey Cobbett
Elected Members Absent: None.
Staff Members Present: City Manager Chris Marcarello, City Attorney Candice K. Lee, Administrative Services Director Anita Agramonte, Human Resources Manager Suzanne Stone.
