Director Greenough asked what the timing for developing the property once funding is secured; Mr. Rice stated it could be as early as February or March for the next steps and for development to begin in 2024. Vice Chair Inscore asked what the first timeline would be for the senior housing; Mr. Rice stated within 12-14 months after closing, and then shortly thereafter for the family housing.
Roger Gitlin: asked where the location would be specifically for this project. Asked about the 70 project vouchers and asked how they would be divvied up; Executive Director Miller stated that the 70 vouchers make the project more attractive for funding and is a long-term commitment for housing.
