CALL TO ORDER Chairman Wright called the meeting to order at 6:49 p.m.

6. Meeting Minutes
• Recommendation: Approve the March 20, 2023 meeting minutes of the Crescent City Housing Authority
On a motion by Director Greenough, seconded by Vice-Chair Inscore, and carried unanimously on a 5-0 polled vote, the Crescent City Housing Authority Board of Directors approved the March 20, 2023 meeting minutes of the Crescent City Housing Authority.
NEW BUSINESS
7. Conditionally Award 26 Project Based Vouchers to the Harbor Point Apartments Project

• Approve and adopt Resolution No. HA2023-03, A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CRESCENT CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY APPROVING THE
SELECTION OF A HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROJECT BASED VOUCHER
PROPOSAL
Director Miller reported to the Council that this is for the Harbor Point Project by Danco out of Humboldt. This project has been before the Council before, it is a 26-unit Senior apartment complex. She gave a background on the project. Grants Coordinator Lacey found grant funding to make this project happen. In December 2022, the City applied for $5M in Competitive Permanent Local Housing Allocation funds from the State. The City was awarded the CPLHA funds, which have been committed to the Harbor Point project. Commitment of the CPLHA funding makes the Harbor Point project significantly more competitive at the tax credit level.
There were no comments from the public.
