REGULAR MEETING
CALIFORNIN NOVEMBER 18, 2024 AT 6:00 P.M.
FLYNN CENTER, 981 H STREET, CRESCENT CITY, CA 95531
Call to order Chairman Inscore called the meeting to order at 6:19 p.m.
Roll Call Directors present: Director Kelly Feola, Director Isaiah Wright, Vice-Chair Ray Altman, and Chairman Blake Inscore
Director absent: Director Jason Greenough
Staff present: City Manager Eric Wier, City Attorney Martha Rice, City Clerk/Administrative Analyst Robin Altman, and Housing Authority Executive Director Megan Miller
CONSENT CALENDAR
5. Housing Authority Meeting Minutes
• Recommendation: Approve and adopt the April 8, 2024, April 15, 2024 meeting minutes of the Crescent City Housing Authority
6. 2025 Utility Allowance Schedule
• Recommendation: Approve and authorize the 2025 utility allowance schedules for the HCV program
There were no comments from the public.
On a motion by Director Feola, seconded by Director Wright, and carried unanimously on a 4-0 polled vote, with Director Greenough being absent, the Housing Authority Board of Directors adopted the consent calendar consisting of item 5 as presented.
Mayor Inscore asked for item 6 to be pulled from consent so Housing Authority Executive Director could speak on item 6. Director Miller explained the Utility Allowance Schedule and it's purpose.
There were no comments from the public.
On a motion by Director Feola, seconded by Director Wright, and carried on a 4-0 polled vote, with Director Greenough being absent, the Housing Authority Board of Directors adopted item 6 on the consent calendar as presented.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Inscore adjourned the meeting at 6:22 p.m. to the next meeting of the Housing Authority, date to be determined.
