NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO BIDDERS regarding changes to the above-mentioned project contract documents. This Amendment shall be considered part of the bid documents as though it had been issued at the same time and shall be incorporated integrally therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original bid documents, this Amendment shall govern and take precedence.
Changes to the Specifications:
Section 00 20 00 Paragraph 1.04.A.3 to be modified as follows:
3. BIDDER'S SIGNATURE AND AUTHORITY: If the bid is made by an individual, the bidder's name, signature, and post office address must be shown; if made by a firm or partnership, the name and post office address of the firm or partnership, a list of the partners, and the signature of at least one of the general partners must be shown; if made by a corporation, the bid must show the name of the state under the laws of which the corporation is chartered, the name and post office address of the corporation, and the title of the person who signs on behalf of the corporation. If the bid is made by the corporation, a certified copy of the bylaws or resolution of the Board of Directors of the corporation must be furnished, showing the authority of the officer signing the bid to execute contracts on behalf of the corporation the bid must be signed by a corporate officer with legal authority to execute contracts on behalf of the corporation. If the bid is made by a joint venture, the bid must be signed by a representative of one of the joint venture firms.
Additionally, the bid must include a copy of the resolution or agreement empowering the representative to execute the bid and bind the joint venture.

2.2 calls for Cement Lined & Coated where Spec. 40 20 57 calls for Fusion Bonded Ероху Lined & Coated)
ANSWER: Quotes to be based on Specification 33 11 13, part 2.2. Any reference in plans to ANSI Class 250# to be conformed to closest Specification 33 equivalent.
QUESTION 2: Which specification is required for the Ductile Pipe? (Spec. 33 11 13, Part
2.3 doesn't really specify material or Spec. 40 20 40; Part 2.05.A also calls for CL250 Flanges)

QUESTION 3: Which specification is required for the 8" & 14" FLG Buried Gate Valves? (Spec. 33 12 16, Part 2.7.C & J or Spec. 40 05 20, Part 2.08.A.3 & 4) ANSWER: Quotes to be based on Specification 33 12 16 Part 2.7.C. Any reference in plans to ANSI Class 250# to be conformed to closest Specification 33 equivalent.
QUESTION 4: Which specification is required for the 10" FLG Above Ground Butterfly Valve? (Spec. 33 12 16, Part 2.7.D - Class 150B or Spec. 40 05 20, Part 2.08.B - Class 250)
ANSWER: Quotes to be based on Specification 33 12 16 Part 2.7.D. Any reference in plans to ANSI Class 250# to be conformed to closest Specification 33 equivalent.
