Public Commented sent via email
My name is Victor Frias and I am a special education teacher at Teresa Hughes Elementary. We are thriving despite the horrendous words and actions of Jack. Again, we invite all council members to visit our school next school year so you can actually see the good work that the teachers do for the community.
Lastly, I want to address Item 16A. Any retailers or dispensaries should be constructed away from churches, schools, and residential areas. Having dispensaries visible around schools where there are children is not the right move.
