CUDAHY CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING and
CITY OF CUDAHY AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY and
HOUSING SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE CUDAHY
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION JOINT MEETING
January 10, 2023 6:30 P.M.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor / Chair Lomeli called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

4. BUSINESS SESSION
A. Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Presentation
Presented by Public Works Director
Recommendation: The City Council is to receive a presentation on the proposed Fiscal Year 2023-28 CIP, discuss, provide staff with additional direction and/or approve the CIP.
Motion: Council Member Alcantar motioned to approve the Fiscal Year 2023-28 CIP with oral edits and heightened priority for signage, broadband, power, communications, and social media projects, seconded by Vice Mayor Gonzalez. Motion passed 5-0 by the following roll call vote:

Recommendation: The City Council is recommended to receive an update and discuss the Southgate Development Project.

Vice Mayor J. Gonzalez motioned to adjourn the City Council / Agency meeting at 8:11 p.m., seconded by Council Member C. Gonzalez. Motion passed 5-0 by the following roll call vote:
