1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor / Chair Alcantar Loza called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

A. Consideration and Approval of a Resolution Approving a Loan Agreement with Hub Cities Consortium for Financial Assistance
Presented by the City Attorney
Recommendation: The City Council is requested to adopt Resolution No. 25-09, approving a Loan Agreement with Hub Cities Consortium for Financial Assistance.
City Council/Successor Agency Minutes of 2/24/2025 Page 2 of 2 Motion: Council Member Lomelí motioned to adopt Resolution No. 25-09, approving a Loan Agreement with Hub Cities Consortium for Financial Assistance., seconded by Vice Mayor Gonzalez. Motion passed 4-0-1 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Gomez, Lomelí, Gonzalez, and Alcantar Loza
NOES: None
ABSENT: Fuentes
ABSTAIN: None
