CUDAHY CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING and
CITY OF CUDAHY AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY and
HOUSING SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE CUDAHY
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION JOINT MEETING
July 1, 2025 6:00 P.M.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor / Chair Alcantar Loza called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

ABSENT: Council / Agency Member Daisy Lomelí
Vice Mayor / Vice Chair Cynthia Gonzalez
ALSO PRESENT: Assistant City Manager/Community Development Director, Juan Arauz, City Attorney, Stephanie Arechiga, City Attorney, Paloma McEvoy, and City Clerk, Richard Iglesias.

4. BUSINESS SESSION
A. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with HR Dynamics & Performance Management, Inc.
Presented by the City Attorney
Recommendation: The City Council is requested to review and approve a Professional Services Agreement with HR Dynamics & Performance Management, Inc. for Professional Human Resources Consulting Services.
Motion: Mayor Alcantar motioned to bring this item to the July 15th regular City Council meeting, seconded by Council Member Fuentes. Motion passed 3-0-2 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Fuentes, Gomez, and Alcantar Loza
NOES: None
ABSENT: Lomelí and Gonzalez
ABSTAIN: None

At 6:25 p.m., Mayor Alcantar Loza reconvened to open session.
6. CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
City Attorney Stephanie Arechiga announced that all three Councilmembers present tonight were present during closed session, direction was given, and no further reportable action.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council / Agency meeting adjourned at 6:26 p.m.
